User access to html view popups?

My app offers user to view records in a nicer way (custom html views) than the regular Creator table by providing links such as follows:

https://creator.zoho.com/filip.aulin/myApp/#View:myHtmlView?zc_LoadIn=dialog&recID=1234

When I am logged in as an admin it works fine. When logged in as a user the popup seems to get redirected and shows the 'Home' screen.

Is there a permission setting I missed?
