Hello!
Managers use gmail mailbox that connected to ZohoCRM. But regular manger can't see this emails if the user sent them directly via gmail interface. If they were sent from Zoho interface it's ok but letters sent directly are not visible in the deal/contact card.
I've tried to give admin access to the manager. It works with admin permissions. But if change for regular user it doesn't work. All permissions for mail box are opened.
I've tried to reach out the support but we haven't received any solution about this question.
Have anyone faced such a problem?
