I added a user jefdrake@nmsu.edu to my project and set user level to Employee (and also have tried Customer).  After logging out of Zoho Projects and logging back in as user jefdrake@nmsu.edu I can add/create new projects, which should not be allowed for this level of user.  Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?
