User experience for Zoho Sheets - stable ?

Hi readers,
We are looking at several options for online spreadsheet functionality that allows collaboration. As of today, we have come down to either google sheets or zoho sheets.

I like the functionality of zoho better, it seems more complete, but based on my testing the past few days, it seems rather unstable (admitedly, I am comparing beta products of both zoho and google here).

What is your experience with Zoho sheets for frequent usage ? I don't want to bias my findings if these are exceptions and most of you don't face such errors:

The problems I have faced so far:
a) For some reason, my sheet got corrupted, and I could not even log in. Ramesh was very helpful in sorting that out.

b) Today, after resizing some columns, I noticed that the column identifiers "A", "B" etc... are out of alignment with the cells and when I move my cell pointer around, it crosses two cell boundaries because of this misalignment - and I could not re-align them back unless I micro-pull/tweak each column to match exactly with the column identifiers

Our needs are simple, so as of now, I would prefer stability over features. Many of the users of our system will be non technical sales folks, and if such stuff keeps happening to them, they wouldn't have a clue of what is going on.
