We have connected Projects to Analytics so we can generate have a dashboard on task progress and completion.
I've added a "User Name" user filter, with the intention that we will be able to quickly see tasks per task owner and what the statuses of those assigned tasks are. However, I am only able to see the task counts I filter to my name; the task counts are showing zero whenever I change the filter to any other name. Also, even though it was able to show task counts filtered to myself, the tasks that can be seen in the underlying data are not my tasks at all but of other people (meaning I wasn't the assigned task owner) and so the dashboard from what I can see is wildly inaccurate.
A few questions:
- What/Who is the user being referred to in the "User Name" filter in Analytics? How about similar filters such as the ZUID filter?
- Why can't I see task counts when the dashboard is filtered to another user name?
- We have a custom field in the tasks module on Projects that we want to have as a KPI widget in the dashboard. However, when I tried adding the said field, it is not included in the dropdown list at all. I've resynced the data source many times already but so far no dice.
