User input variable

Hi

This could be a very stupid question, but I just can't figure it out or find any info in the help docs...

I have created a Custom action. When I activate this action I want a window to pop up and ask for two values that will then be used in calculations for modifying the database values. But I have no idea how to create two user input variables ... Please help!
