Username and password

So I have installed a zoho form on my Wordpress website using the plugin. The form requires a sign in using a zoho username and password. On a previous screen I collect user information in a Client form. Is there a way for me to collect a username and password from my clients and pass that to zoho so they can sign in on the next screen?
