Users panel

Hi, the system is very well thought through, just 2 remarks (for now):

- in the Users panel, users seem to be logged in for ever. Their on/offline status is not updated by the system. What it seems to show in fact is the last time a given user logged in.
- wishlist: since that panel should pressumably really display the online status, it would be very convenient to have some kind of EM system to send short messages to those user who are logged in
