Using IMAP configuration for shared email inboxes
Our customer service team utilizes shared email boxes to allow multiple people to view and handle incoming customer requests. For example, the customer sends an email to info@xxxx.com and multiple people can view it and handle the request.
How can I configure the IMAP in Zoho CRM with a shared inbox? Even if I create a Zoho CRM "user" associated with info@xxxx.com I can't configure it because Outlook 365 wants to authenticate the address and there isn't a single person associated with that email address.
