Using meeting for support
Hi aravind,
Is it possible to reverse the roles in Meeting so that an engineer can create a meeting, invite a user, so that the engineer can control the users screen ?
We can do it if the end user creates an account, sets up a meeting, invites the engineer etc, but this is long winded.
