Using "My Work Calendar" to overview activities in all projects

If owner of all projects in ZOHO don't own a milestone or task, then please tell me how he/she can monitor all the activities using "My Work Calendar".

Every project has its own calendar and all the activities can be seen by checking calendar of that project, but if user is just owner of the project and not involved in any milestone or task and still want to monitor the project activities, how he can do it.

Please suggest a method which allows the owner to monitor all activities using his "My Work Calendar" option without owning a particular activity. In case of any doubt please revert back for detailed explanation.
