I'd like to create an e-mail that is sent whenever a variable called WCExp reaches 10 and then again when it is at 1.

So far the only help on e-mail notifications I've found are those triggered when the user inputs or edits data. I'd like this to occur without any action, a self monitoring e-mail notification. Any help?

Also, as I was typing this, I realized that my formula doesn't seem to be updating daily. It only calculates for the day inputted(using the formula given by zoho for calculating difference in days). Is there anyway to make it update daily with how many days left? Otherwise the the e-mail notification will be useless, as the WCExp variable will never change.
