views and hidden fields

2 questions:

1. I duplicated a number of views based on a view that appears under the View button. For some reason the duplicated views are appearing under the Forms button when using the application. How can I change the views so they appear under Views?

2. I have a form where I have hidden a number of fields. But when I run the application, they appear on the form. Why is that? Is it because I am the admin?
