Just started a few days ago; put cursor in middle of a text block of existing text and there is no editing capability. Cursor just sits there. The editing menu appears (font, size, etc) but your cursor cannot manipulate, change, add text.
Replicated the same scenario in Edge and Chrome. Windows 10; state of the art laptop, less than 2 weeks old. Was able to create and modify text a few days ago. Now, the entire website builder editing is down regardless of what page or text block I choose.
