Weekly Log Time - Can't Select Certain Projects

Hi - I'm in the Weekly Log Time view and when I push the drop down button for Select Project, only a certain number of my projects are available for selection.  I have 12 projects where I'm assigned tasks, but I can only select from seven.  

All of the projects were created rather quickly from the same template.  I'm wondering if there's some setting that I haven't applied to all the projects that's preventing me from doing what I want to do.
