I have a Form used to add entries in a sales organization (leads to clients), let's call it "Leads".

One of the fields is the name of the sales person in charge of the lead. That name comes from another Form and is automatically populated on load. Let's call that second form "Sales People".

In "Sales People", additionally to names of my sales people, I have another field that says in which branch of our company they work.

I want to create a report that looks like:

                August-2011,   September-2011

Branch 1: 1203,                203

Branch 2: 495,                 102

The numbers are the totals for leads generated by sales people from Branch 1 or Branch 2. 

Is it possible to create such a report on Creator?
