What to do to get a answer??

Nice hello again to all in Zoho Project,

since my purchase of Zoho project I have put some questions on your forum.
Till today I did not get a single answer. Not to a single one.

I was really focused to start using your product for office projects, but seems that I can not get simple answers to simple questions.
What bother me more is that most common answer to questions on this forum is:
"will be puted on feature list and beare with us...."
Still I can see that some questions are old more than two years with no results.
Should I start looking for other product or U believe that I should beare with U ???

I think that U should be more professional in giving answers and explaining possibilitis or non posibilities of your product.

If I would like to have fun with software I would rather go to some other fun pages.
