What's New this March 2018 in Zoho Invoice?

Hello Everyone, 

March is here, and we are back with a bunch of new features that we've rolled out this spring. Read on to know more about the updates! 


Secure Data Export

Last month, Zoho Invoice had introduced Export Templates and this month we have enabled the option to export data in XLSX format for smarter and secure data export. Enter a password to protect your file and click Export to export your data securely.




Updates on Stripe Integration 

Zoho Invoice is integrated with Stripe to make online payments easier for you. With the new update, you can now automate the option to update the changes you made to customers' cards in Stripe to Zoho Books and continue to receive payments from your customers without any setbacks.  

Enhanced Zoho Invoice - Zoho CRM Integration 

All these days, the Zoho Invoice - Zoho CRM integration helped you to seamlessly integrate data, but customers had highly requested for the availability of Custom Fields created in Zoho Invoice in Zoho CRM. The recent updates now allow you to view custom fields, set custom views and also generate reports based on the custom fields. 




GSTIN Validator (Indian Edition)

If you are a business owner in India and you are receiving payments inclusive of GST, then this is for you. We have introduced the GSTIN Validator to validate GST Identification Numbers when you record your customers’ GSTIN in the Contacts module. 




Designated Zone Handling (UAE Edition)

Business owners in UAE can now handle taxes efficiently as Zoho Invoice now lets you configure your VAT treatment for your customers based on different zones in the UAE. This feature populates taxes automatically for your Designated Zone while creating transactions. 
 

Credit Notes Made Better 

A business owner would have too many customers and keeping track of all of them could become tricky. What if you could associate a Salesperson with a customer and let him follow-up on the debts? You can even generate a Sales by Salesperson report and get the details of the invoices and credit notes handled by the Salesperson. Not just that, but Zoho Invoice now allows you to import and export only the credit notes that you had applied to Invoices.
