Hello, I am having a problem that seems to be random. I am creating a deal, when selecting the "send for zoho sign" button, i make sure I add the contacts and select "In person sign" options.

It sometimes does show the "pass control" screen that effectively allows the parties to sign in person, however it sometimes doesnt and instead sends via email. 

Sometimes I have to do 2 or 3 times before it finally shows the "pass control" screen. 

Is there a way to just always show the "pass control" screen and just skip the emailing part all together?
