White Label certificate

White Label certificate

Hi all,

About 72 hours ago, we fulfilled all steps for white labeling (CNAME to point to mail.cs.zohohost.eu), but since then the configuration page is now stuck at "generating certificate" since 3 days.

When I execute an NSLOOKUP mail.webfoundry.be it clearly states:

  1. Non-authorative answer:
  2. Name: zs-eu1-lczhost.zohohost.eu
  3. Address: 185.230.212.184 (Zoho Corp Utrecht, Netherlands)
  4. Alias: mail.webfoundry.be
  5.           mail.cs.zohost.eu

So the CNAME does seem to point to the correct server, but then why doesn't the certificate finish generating?
The page mail.webfoundry.be now results in a "400 Bad Request"
