When threads first came out they seemed like a great feature, although a little hard to understand. Now it seems like a feature that I wish was never added. We are forced to reply to line items in team chats on mobile devices either privately or in a thread, but then I have users in a thread who receive messages telling them they are blocked from responding in threads. This is a total fail. Can someone tell me the logic behind this?
