So I've been watching some tutorials and learned that the first step is to determine requirements.

I have completed this step thoroughly and was wondering if what I'd like to accomplish is possible.

I have no experience programming but I am willing to invest the time to learn what's required.

1. Can a form exist with a button called "Create Work Order" where if clicked, a PDF is created consisting of only certain fields? I'd like to the PDF to be formatted via HTML/CSS so it has the information organized nicely with a company logo at the top, etc. I'd need three of these export buttons, each with different PDF formatting and different fields.

2. Can inputted data in one form automatically make changes in a form or spreadsheet somewhere else? Like if a sale is made and I record that the shipping was made, can it automatically update the inventory?

3. If I upload a file to a form, can I make it so an SMS text and email notification is sent to select users to inform that them that the file has been added?

These are the main functions I'm inquiring about. Looking for any insight if this is possible!!
