Work Task Reminder printing-where're overdue milestones+...?

I am following on from my earlier post of 25-11-09 on this issue.

The then-problem has been resolved satisfactorily. However, upon reflection, I have some further questions

Question: It appears that My Overdue Milestones are not included as part of the Reminder printing, and have never been included. I think I can make a case for myself for not including them, but I would like to enquire as to Zoho's reason for this?

Question: Is it possible to somehow have it that we can select either the My Tasks or My Milestones (or My Overdue Milestones) that we wish to print?

Question: Is it possible to add a time duration component to the My Tasks groupings? For example, have it that these can be printed spread over chosen quarterly periods?

Question: Although you have them grouped according to project already, is it possible that a project's tasks (the largest part of my printing) can be better grouped, and avoid the problem of having some of a project's tasks distributed throughout the My Tasks section of the Work Task Reminder printing?
