Workflow not evaluating Checkbox value

Hi,

I have a checkbox with just one option as shown below.

Based on whether the checkbox is checked or not, I would like to show the fields. I have configured a WF based on the same. PFB the configuration.

However, on checking the checkbox, the field is not shown. Is this a bug? Where am I going wrong?
