Workflow not updating to stage environment

Hello,

I am making some Workflow changes to a Form but they are not get listed as changes to the Update interface and they are not triggering the option to Publish to Stage. The only changes that get pass is if I delete a Script, not if I create a new one or if I edit an existing one. This happens only to this particular Stateless Form(I'm using it as a filter to redirect to a filtered report page), the rest of the Forms in my App are updating normally.
