Zero Response/Follow up from Zoho Support

Zoho Support, 

I sent an emergency request 7 days ago, and all I have gotten from you is en email saying you will look into it. I have sent repeated follow up emails, and left a voicemail. I don't like to air my dirty laundry but you leave me no choice but to come to the forums. 

As an "Enterprise" client, I can't imagine doing this to one of my own top payment-tier clients. 

When is someone going to help me?
