Zoho category disaster - all forums deleted
I have a support request in , so this may be more of a warning. We were not using categories tight so I was working on figuring out how to change them - there was a category I did not need an a trash can button next to it which I assumed meant delete the category.
Turns out it means delete all forums with the category an I have now deleted all our our most important content. What a dangerous UI design.
