Zoho Connections Desk API relative URL PATTERN_NOT_MATCHED

While i am trying to do this:

i am getting 400 error with

and when i use relative url "/api/v1/tickets"

it gives

I have configured the connections properly but still facing this issue. (Used Custom Service for connection)
