I've create a zoho creator applican, whit inside a choice list whit the date.

When the people fill my form on succes will receive an email.

How I can send different e-mail differs according to the chosen date.

For example after the choice 

choice a: Ok. Presented in Rome
Choice b: Ok. Presented in Milan
