Hi I've created multiple Zoho Forms for my company for internal use by myself, I am trying to find a way I can either create an app using creator that when I open it then I'll have all my forms listed on the left hand side, so each one will have it's own page and then each form will open or the right and you will see the embedded Zoho Form that I've created, I will then fill this form out etc. 

Problem I'm coming across is my forms have a look up function built into them from my CRM so it will search and pull information that is needed. if I embed the form in a creator page then the look up function is disabled on that form, if I share a form with a user and embed that link then creator says "forms.zoho.eu refused to connect" 

I know forms are accessible through the Zoho Forms App but the App doesn't use any of the themes that I create in my companies branding on the forms so I'm essentially trying to re-create the app so it opens the web forms with all themes displaying like I've designed them but I also need to be able to access the look up field as well to pull the info

When I fill out a form and submit it all this information gets added as a record in a module in my CRM 

has anyone got a work around for this?
