I am creating a little ap in Creator to manage customer cancellations. I have created a form which populates with data from our crm. The idea is that the customer is then sent the form with  pre-populated fields  (which are locked for editing)  via Zoho Sign. The customer then simply needs to acknowledge information is accurate and  accept terms and then sign and date. The trouble is I cannot see a way of  getting the form into a Zoho Sign template document. Can you help please?
