ZOHO CRM lacks basic CRM function...unbelievable...

ZOHO CRM is crap...here is why...#1. in/out emails are not saved to a contacts record...basic CRM101 - heck one of the top 5 reasons to have a CRM. #2. zoho.com email is snagged by most spam filters so only a small percentage of your emails will get through...it's a huge pita...most CRM's let you use your mail server...ZOHO grabs it and sends it through the zoho mail server which in the past allowed spaming so it got blacklisted so that means your emails will not go through... - basic 101 CRM features it lacks...it's a toy...for like a womans coffee group...not business.
