Sorry to ask, but I didn't see clearly the answer somewhere.
Here is my concern:
In Zoho CRM if you setup Email add-on with Email Insignts you can see the status of the email sent with CRM mail add-on (open, when, how many times, ...)
But if you use Zoho MAIL inside CRM, when you send an email to a contact it automatically logs in the record to the contact. ==> But the Status of the email sent seems to only show "sent" or "received".
==> so, is it possible to see email status (opened for example) when using Zoho MAIL inside Zoho CRM ?
