Recently I discovered that my Zoho Desk to Project Integration was not populating the Severity field in Project from Desk when creating a Bug.

Currently, from Desk to Project when creating a Bug only the title pulls through.

How do I map all the other fields like Severity (for example)?

Is this the issue the person who set my mapping up didn't map all the fields or is there limitations?
