zoho docs for business - Almost there, but not quite

We are trying to use soho docs for our company document management and we would like to see some key features available from your competitors.
We have a set of hared folders. Some of them are shared with all and others by group and others by person.
1) Group sharing should remain dynamic. If we add somebody to a group, they should automatically gain access to the group folders.
2) synching appears to be a challenge.
- We need to choose which folders we sync to our local machines. This means that we need to choose which folders to sun from within a workspace rather than sharing an entire workspace.
3) The pc and mac sync replicates files front he workspace at the root level. This is redundant and should not be happening. Some forum posts indicated you were sorting this out, but we have not yet seen it sorted out.
Please advise
