Zoho Flow - Access denied to recover recording from call module - OpenAI
Hi,
I am trying to build a Flow to recover recoding when a new call is saved in my CRM. I have integrated my CRM with ringcentral and the recordings are saved in the event.
Trigger: When new module entry
Step 2: Fetch module entry (Zoho CRM says "permission denied")
Other question: How do I fetch the recording when I have the entry ID ?
The goal of this flow is to push the recording into openAi to transcribe my calls.
