zoho for a UK real estate broker/agent
There are tons of US realtor CRMs as well as tons of UK estate agency CRMs available. none of these work or do what I need them to do....which I find surprising as its really fairly simple. I am Uk property broker. In other words I am not an estate agent with a high street shop front who needs to print window cards from his system. I need a platform that allows me to register and catalogue all the properties I have ever dealt with. A database of properties, with lots of useful fields of data so that I can easily set a criteria and search for specific types that then get matched to the tons of contacts that are saved on the system. As I broker development and investment opportunities I cannot use an agency software as they work on many beds, how many baths etc...mine dont have any in some cases as its just a plot of land that I have gotten wind of and now need to find a suitor for....
Can anyone here assist me in setting zoho up so that I can easily save all my data and actually make some use of it.
