Can you connect to an external users OneDrive account from Zoho forms that is not a user in Zoho? 
I have a form that is shared externally where a sub contractor needs to receive info (including pictures) to their OneDrive account. When I try to connect to the onedrive account Zoho states that the account is not the same as the account signed in.

Otherwise in there any other way as in  integrations through flow to put the files and the completed form PDF ?
