We are currently using Forms to create unique response forms for each placement (deal). I have played around with the CRM integration to determine what is or isn't possible in terms of pre-filling fields and such, which either a) hasn't worked or b) ends up not being ideal. This isn't as big of a concern, so I'm not too worried about this part.

What I'm wondering, though, is if it's possible (in any way) to link the specific response form we create to the specific placement (deal) record so the responses that are submitted auto-populate in a Multi-Select Lookup subform I've created (fields on form and subform match) in the module.

This may be too much wishful thinking on my part, but figured it was worth asking as I work on continuing to build out our modules.
