zoho forms integration to zoho work drive
Scenario:
A user fills out a Zoho Form, entering details such as email, mobile number, and other required information, and uploads supporting documents like PAN, Aadhaar, etc. Upon submission, the data is available in Zoho Forms Reports.
Requirement:
Using Zoho Flow, the system should:
Automatically create a new folder in Zoho WorkDrive named with the serial number and date of submission.
Store all uploaded documents inside this folder.
Generate a text file (Notepad format) containing the details entered in the form’s text fields, and save this file within the same folder.
