How can I search or otherwise retrieve an Asset from the Assets module in Zoho FSM using the Asset_Number?

The API docs seem to say that the only field that can be searched is the Asset Name. Is this true?

What are the workarounds for this?

The only workaround I can think of is to include the Asset_Number in the Name of the Asset eg. "My Asset [12345]" and then search that way.

Could I please request an update to the API to allow searches on all fields, including custom fields?

Zoho, could you also allow access to the Customer/Company Addresses via the API?

Is there an updated version of the FSM API in the works?
