Hello everyone!
We are excited to introduce classification labels on the Zoho Mail mobile app. This is designed to protect sensitive emails with policy-based access and permissions. Classification Labels enforce secure access by restricting email visibility and actions when the recipient is not part of the applied label policy.
Users in your organization can apply and manage classification labels directly within Compose screen while admins manage label and policy permissions to ensure secure communication throughout the organization.

Android:
Admins can configure three permission levels that define how Classification Labels are applied and enforced.
Read Access – Recipients can only read the email content and view attachments. Actions such as Reply, Reply All, and Forward are restricted.
Respond Access – Recipients can read, reply, and reply all to classification-labeled emails, along with viewing or downloading attachments.
Full Access – Recipients have complete control, including Read, Reply, Reply All, Forward, Download Attachments, and Copy or Print capabilities for classification-labeled emails.
