I recently donwloaded the Zoho Mail app on my phone but its not working. The mails do not load well and its like the whole app is just not working. I tried downloading the app on another phone and its working fine.

When I use the app in my phone, it really just does not work. At first, the app shows that there are no mails, After that it takes around 5 seconds (and its not an internet issue as it works just fine on my other phone) and then it shows the mails. Then after that, when I try to click on a mail, it does not open however the navigation button changes from a menu to a return button. Its like the navigation loads however the mail does not.

I rebooted my phone several times, re-installed the app several times, signed in and out several times however nothing seems to work for me. Please help me out. The phone that I am currently using is teh Tecno Phantom Six Plus with Android 7.1.1.
