Hi

1. Macbook . Sonoma (up-to-date). Export from browser (up-to-date) stuck without any progress.
What to do? Can't be stopped or re-launched.

2. iPad Pro. iPadOS (up-to-date), After creating a collection in a notebook the app continues to crash. I restarted the device. Nope. I offloaded and reloaded the app. Nope.
What to do?

More than 20 notebooks, more than 4000 notecards.

Help me, please.
