Zoho People Forms & Zoho Books Integration Projects & timesheets information needed

Hi Team,

I was trying to clone the Form of Employee .Did the Following

  • Clone the Employee form
  • Disable the Standard Fields in Basic Info
  • Created a new LookUp Fields to get Values from Employee form
  • While Preview or in the Tab it shows the two Fields( Original Fields firstname emp id and last name though i disable them )
  • Is there i am missing something?
  • OR Do i need to create a Form from the scratch to not show the existing system fields in the layout?
  • Also I need to know if i can Integrate the timesheets and Projects from Zoho People to Zoho Books? I mean whatever Zoho Projects or Clients that should show it in Zoho Books along with the timesheets of the Employees automated

Hi Team,

While i was trying to add users i did notice only three set of Roles we have

  • Admin , Staff & Time Sheets
  • Can i have seperate Privilages for Staff to have extra information which admin has like creating Projects ,and any other? or do i need to compulsory add them as admin ?
  • Can i Integrate Zoho People employees timesheets to zoho books along with Projects?
  • I need the reference Link to Automate Bank Feeds (Savings account and Credit card ) Including Debits and Credit transactions to zoho books automatically i see that steps however i do not find the exact reference where in i can map any Bank Account and i can map to any number of bank and credit card accounts?
