Zoho People Interview Emails

I am running into two bugs:
  1. When I send an email and select save as template, I enter the template name. However, when I go to send another email, there are no templates available.
  2. When I use the variables within the interview email form the variables (${Candidate name}, ${Level1: InterviewDate}, or ${Level1: InterviewVenue}) are showing up in the email instead of the pulled information. So ${Candidate name} is showing up as ${Candidate name}, instead of Max Bailey. The variables work when contacting the person, but not when scheduling an interview.
