Zoho People - Unable to access terminated employee files
Zoho, this makes NO sense! I terminated an employee a month ago. She filed for unemployment and now I have to send unemployment her last paystub records + my performance reviews to prove that she should not collect unemployment.
In order to do this, I have to make the employee ACTIVE again to access the HR files + Add the unemployment notice to her file. Absolutely makes no sense. Next I have to remember to make the employee terminated again in the system.
This is a problem that needs fixing Zoho!
