I'm new to Zoho Projects and I can see that you can create a task by emailing a project relevant email but for some reason that doesn't work for me. I get the following error email:

Unable to add task to the project you intended.

WHY DID THIS HAPPEN?
We suspect the following can be the reasons :

1. Portal Name might have been changed.
2. Project Email might have been changed.
3. Project might have been deleted.
4. Email ID not confirmed. To confirm use the link  http://zohosso.wiki.zoho.com/#resendconfirmation
5. Don't have permission to this operation.
6. Verify the email id used is the one registered with Zoho Projects & is a active user of this portal & project.

I don't know why this is happening as I'm sending the email from the email address that is linked to my Zoho accounts. All points 1-6 are okay, the only one I can think of is point 4. but I don't know where I am suppose to verify the email address. 

Please help!
