I'm setting up some projects that have defined start date and end date with them.  Theres a number of milestones attached to the completion of it as well as a few people in the company that will collaborate on it.

While some of this information is getting entered onto projects, the reporting element is letting us down as I'm not seeing reports as easily as I would like on completion or tasks or milestones.

I want to have my team receive notifications on upcoming milestones but more importantly that I would receive automatic alerts advising when a task / milestone is complete or not.

How can i set this up to get this integrated seamlessly?
