Zoho Projects

Hello:

I am really happy with Zoho, and Zoho projects so far and we are considering using it as our primary management system. However there were a few things I had questions about:

- When creating a new project, is there a way to create a template project? For example, we host training seminars. Preferably we would like to be able to click "New Project", select the speed reading template, and enter a date for the seminar. When the project is then created it already contains all of the defined tasks and milestones associated with the project (as defined in the template). Is there a way to do this?

- I know for Zoho CRM there is an application that synchronizes between Zoho and Outlook. Is there a similar application for synchronizing the calendar and tasks with Zoho projects?
